Sales Support:
Assist the senior sales team with sales pitches, proposal creation, and client presentations.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and lead generation metrics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development are also encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
