Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales and business development team. This role will focus on identifying and generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle for our IT services.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct research to identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks


Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach


Maintain a lead tracker/CRM to monitor progress and follow-up activities


Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and proposal discussions


Understand our technology offerings and effectively communicate value propositions to prospects


Support marketing campaigns and events to boost lead generation efforts


Prepare weekly reports on lead generation performance and pipeline status




Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers welcome)


Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)


Basic understanding of IT services and software development life cycle (preferred)


Strong research and analytical skills


Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and email communication tools


Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
