Role Overview
We're looking for a Junior Business Development Executive to handle international outbound calling and client pitching for our IT and digital services. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with early sales experience who want to grow in B2B IT sales.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound calling to international clients (US/UK/Australia markets)
Pitch white label IT & digital services to agencies and businesses
Identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or technical team
Maintain lead and call data in CRM or Excel
Meet daily calling and monthly lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Strong spoken English and client communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts
Basic understanding of IT services or digital marketing (preferred)
Ability to explain services confidently and handle objections
