Role: Field Marketing Respective
Business: Adhesives for Carpenters & Craftsmanship (ACC)
No of positions: 5 nos (across locations)
Locations: Bangalore
Budget Fixed Annual CTC: 3.0 L 5.0 L (in INR, plus incentive & travel allowances)
Experience: Min 2-3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate

• You are responsible for meeting, giving trial at site and conversion of End User/Contractors. (Carpenters, Fabricators, Doors & Window Installers, Glass workers, etc.)
• Building a database and managing the end -users one to one to maximize business opportunity
• Working closely with Market Developments Manager and Business Development Executive for End User lead generation.
• Working closely with Business Development Executive to drive sell out from retail outlet through end user conversation.
• Conducting in-shop activity at retail outlets.
• Conducting mini meet and mega meets at retailer outlet and other outdoor locations.
• Daily reporting to Market Developments Manager on daily working and other market insight.

Required skills - The Candidate Must Have

• Able to communicate well in Kannada and Hindi.
• Able to travel across Bangalore city
• Willing to work in sale drive environment.
• Having a high energy level to meet with new end users and give trails.
• Confident, driven & go-getter to ensure achievement of set KPIs and targets.
