Role Summary

We are seeking a

Junior Business Consultant

to support consulting engagements through process analysis, data analysis, and structured problem-solving. The role involves working closely with senior consultants and clients to translate business issues into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Document and analyse

business processes

and identify gaps Assist in

customer experience studies

, surveys, and audits Analyse data using

Excel

and basic BI tools Prepare

presentations, reports, and dashboards

Participate in client meetings and workshops Support ERP evaluation and implementation advisory projects

Candidate Profile

Education:

MBA (Operations / Finance / Systems / General Management)

Experience:

1-3 years in business analysis, consulting or operations roles. Freshers are also considered on merit

Skills Required

Strong analytical and structured thinking Proficiency in

MS Excel

and presentation tools Clear communication and documentation skills Client-facing professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment

Added Advantage

Exposure to consulting, ERP, or process improvement projects Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools Sector exposure (banking, NBFCs, manufacturing, services)
