Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with clients, business teams, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Prepare project documentation including BRDs, SRS, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and communication among cross-functional teams.
Track project progress, report risks/issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support quality assurance by validating deliverables against requirements.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings (for Agile projects).
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
