Job Description

Designation: Junior CRM Business Analyst - IT
Industry: BFSI
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field (BCA/MCA/B.Sc IT/Engineering - IT/Electronic & Telecom/MBA -IT)
Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
CRM & Sales Business System Administration and Support:

  • Managing and maintaining the CRM system, including user access, permissions, and data integrity.
  • Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving bugs.
  • Updating the CRM & Business system with new features, customizations, and integrations.
Data Management and Analytics:
  • Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer data within the CRM & Business system.
  • Analysing CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Developing and implementing reports and dashboards to track CRM & Business performance.
Integration and Automation:
  • Working with other IT systems & Vendor to integrate CRM data with other business applications.
  • Automating tasks and processes within the CRM system to improve efficiency.
  • Developing custom applications and integrations to meet specific business needs.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Working with business stakeholders to understand their CRM & Business requirements and needs.
  • Communicating technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participating in project planning and implementation.
Training and Documentation:
  • Developing and delivering training materials on how to use the CRM & Business system.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation on CRM & Business processes and procedures.
Staying Updated:
  • Keeping up to date on the latest CRM & Business/Sales technologies and trends.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the CRM & Business/Sales system and its functionality.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in CRM/Sales Performance software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, CRM Nxt, Power BI etc).
  • Knowledge of database management and data analytics.
  • Experience with integration and automation tools.
  • Storing understanding of APIs and under CRM related technology
Business Skills:
  • Understanding of CRM & Business application processes and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
