About the Role: We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst who will analyse our entire business to identify pain points and develop and implement a strategy. Our Junior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in our strategic decision-making processes, tasked with solving intricate business problems and propelling the organisation forward. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of both business and technology, exceptional analytical skills, and the capacity to communicate complex concepts to senior executives. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analyses of complex business processes to identify root causes of critical issues.
Develop and implement innovative, strategic solutions aligned with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing high-impact strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Synthesise complex data and insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership.
Develop comprehensive business cases and detailed reports to articulate findings, recommendations, and potential business impacts.
Perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative data analyses to uncover actionable insights and trends.
Act as a link between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into accessible terms.
Key Qualifications
1-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable strategic impact
Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and business problem-solving
Excellent communicator, able to present complex ideas clearly
Skilled in tools like SQL, Tableau, R, and Python
Experience working with senior leadership (e.g., CEOs)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and influence across departments
Highly adaptable, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in parallel
