The major responsibilities/skillset include, but are not limited to:
Residential transactions for apartments in Gurgaon Micro Markets.
Landlord representation and managing exclusive mandate engagements.
Lead generation, client relationship management, transaction execution
Billing, collection, timely reporting
To apply Must have: -
Must have held a client facing role for minimum 3+ years in residential real estate
Must be able to demonstrate exceptional client relationship management skills
Experience in lead management to closure.
Experience in Property listings, client interaction
Build and maintain relationship with Developers.
Strong track record of B2C sales and a proven track record of deal closures
Real estate transaction experience is preferred.
High energy, strong business ethics
