Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Development
Support brand positioning, identity, and consistency across all channels.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a unified brand message.
Content & Communication
Assist in content planning, creation, editing, and publishing across digital platforms.
Write and manage content for blogs, social media, website, and PR materials.
Maintain structured content calendars and ensure messaging aligns with brand voice.
Social Media & Digital Presence
Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and engagement.
Track performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Support lifecycle marketing with targeted communication across customer segments.
Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for campaigns and product launches.
Ensure timely execution of marketing activities across all touchpoints.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of experience in brand management or digital marketing.
Strong communication skills--written and verbal.
Hands-on experience in social media, SEO, and digital content.
Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Bard, Midjourney) is an added advantage.
