Job Description

1-2 years of experience in

BIM modeling

for various architectural and construction projects. Assist in developing and updating

LOD 300-LOD 500 BIM models

using

Revit

. Support

clash detection

and coordination using

Navisworks Manage

, ensuring accurate and integrated models. Participate in

coordination meetings

with architectural, structural, and BIM teams. Review

project drawings

, RFIs, and markups to maintain model accuracy and compliance. Contribute to

shop drawings

as-built drawings

, and schedules generated from BIM models. Follow

BIM Execution Plans (BEP)

and company BIM standards for all deliverables. Collaborate with

senior modelers

and design teams to meet project requirements and timelines. Use

BIM 360

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

for model management and collaboration. Revit | Navisworks Manage | AutoCAD | BIM 360 / ACC Basic understanding of

architectural and structural systems

. Familiar with

ISO 19650

Dynamo

, and

Parametric Family Creation

. Strong attention to detail and good

communication

and

documentation

skills.
