AAEIMAA Inc. is a U.S.-based company headquartered in Texas with a back-office in Bhubaneswar, India. We specialize in manufacturing architectural products for commercial and public buildings across the United States. We are seeking a motivated

Junior BIM (Building Information Management) Estimator

to join our Bhubaneswar office.

Job Responsibilities

Review and interpret CAD and BIM drawings (PDF format) for commercial and public buildings in the USA. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for specialty building products (e.g., graphics, signage). Estimate costs, prepare quotations, and develop bid documents. Interpret construction-ready drawings and create fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Collaborate with the USA-based sales team to support bid submissions. Track projects and provide weekly status updates as part of team responsibilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Diploma in Architecture & Civil may also apply). Minimum

1 year of AutoCAD experience

(required). Proficiency in

MS Office

MS Project

, and other

CAD software

. Strong

English communication skills

(spoken and written) are mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

?10,000 - ?20,000

per month (based on experience & skills).
