We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in acquiring clients for our web development services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and approach potential clients through online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), email campaigns, and networking.
Client Communication:
Assist in initiating and maintaining client communication through calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, market competition, and client needs to support sales strategy.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the technical and design teams to understand service offerings and prepare proposals or presentations.
CRM and Reporting:
Maintain updated records of leads and client interactions in CRM tools.
Provide weekly reports on lead status and progress.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of web development technologies and digital services.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales or CRM tools.
