Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior bartender to prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Welcoming guests seated at the bar and taking drink orders at the bar Informing guests about new beverages and specials at the bar Serving bar beverages to guests Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol Assisting senior bartender to maintain inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar and tables are well-stocked Adhering to all food and beverage safety and quality regulations Maintaining a clean work and bar area by removing trash, cleaning bar, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment in the bar counters

Salary (in-hand):

Upto 10,000 monthly based on skills and foundational knowledge

Salary after probation:

Based on performance and willingness to work for at least a year

Training/ probation period:

3 months

Equal share on service charges + tips (distributed every 2 months)

Eligibility:

Resident of North Goa Valid bike license Determination and proactiveness to learn on the job
