We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Barista to join our cafe team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and beverages as per standard recipes
Assist senior baristas in daily cafe operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
Provide friendly and prompt customer service
Take orders and handle basic billing (if required)
Follow cafe SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
Support team during peak hours
Requirements
Candidates with 1 year of experience are welcome
Good knowledge of coffee and beverages
Willingness to learn more.
Good communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
