- Junior Barista & Steward
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Positions & Salary:
Junior Barista (2 Positions): 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Steward (Service Staff): 17,000 - 18,000 per month
Experience:
Minimum 6 months experience preferred (Freshers with basic knowledge can also apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages (for Barista role)
Take customer orders and serve food & drinks
Operate coffee machines and service equipment as required
Maintain cleanliness of cafe, counter, and dining area
Ensure hygiene, safety, and service standards are followed
Provide a friendly and pleasant customer experience
Assist with daily opening/closing duties and basic stock handling
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of cafe or restaurant operations
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Ability to maintain hygiene and grooming standards
