Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with basic banking services and queries
Handle account opening procedures and KYC documentation
Support front office and back office banking operations
Coordinate with senior staff for day-to-day branch activities
Maintain customer records and update data in banking systems
Assist in processing banking requests such as deposits, withdrawals, and service requests
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines
Resolve customer issues and escalate when required
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers are welcome; prior banking/finance experience is an advantage
Basic knowledge of banking products and services
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
