About JSJ Card:

JSJ Card is a rewards and loyalty management solutions, committed to delivering innovative and seamless experiences for businesses and users. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Backend Developer to help build and enhance our platform's backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs for the JSJ Card platform.

2. Optimize, manage, and ensure the security of relational and non-relational databases.

3. Develop RESTful APIs to enable integration with various systems and components.

4. Build scalable systems that perform efficiently under varying loads.

5. Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing components with server-side logic.

6. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

7. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.

8. Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in backend languages like Python.

2. Experience with frameworks such as Django.

3. Strong understanding of databases like MySQL and MongoDB (Basics).

4. Familiarity with cloud services AWS.

5. Experience in API development and integration.

6. Basic knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

7. Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Soft Skills:

1. Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

2. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

3. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

3. Experience with testing tools like Postman or Jest.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
