Prepare and maintain import documentation including invoices etc.
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Track and monitor shipments from origin to destination; update internal teams regularly.
Assist in preparing documents for customs clearance (BOE filing, HS codes, etc.) under supervision.
Ensure timely follow-up on shipment status, delays, and discrepancies.
Maintain and update import data in ERP/Excel and generate required reports.
Support the finance team with documentation for payments.
Maintain filing systems (physical & digital) for all import documents.
Provide general administrative support to the import/logistics team.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of import procedures and documentation (preferred)
Minimum 1 - 2 Years of experience.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
Willingness to learn import regulations and processes.
Salary: Up to 15000 (In Hand)
