Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Junior Automation

with at least

2 years of experience

to join our Automation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in an industrial setting. Key Responsibilities

Installation ,Maintenance & commissioning

Install and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment, including panel wiring and circuit boards. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in industrial machinery and equipment. Knowledge of Basic PLC program is desirable

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all electrical work is completed in compliance with national electrical codes (NEC) and local safety standards. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime. Identify and replace faulty wiring, connectors, switches, and other electrical components.

Technical Support & Collaboration:

Provide technical support to other departments, such as production or operations, regarding electrical issues and improvements. Work closely with engineers and technicians to ensure electrical systems are operating efficiently.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all repairs, installations, and maintenance work completed. Prepare reports on system performance and recommendations for improvements.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing or production environment.

Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations. Ability to use diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment. Familiarity with PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and other industrial control systems is a plus.

Education:

Certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical, or a related field is preferred. Apprenticeship or formal training in industrial electrical systems is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment. Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights when necessary.
