Junior Associate for the Founder's Office
who can support daily operations, coordinate with teams, and assist in driving important projects across the company. This is a great opportunity for freshers who want to learn directly from the founder and grow fast in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the founder in day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, and project coordination
Create reports, presentations, and maintain documentation
Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed by responsible teams
Coordinate between internal teams (tech, sales, marketing, HR, operations)
Conduct basic research and prepare summaries for decision-making
Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting follow-ups
Support operational and administrative activities as needed
Maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with professionalism
Requirements
Fresher or 0-1 year of experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & documentation
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Eager to learn, proactive attitude, and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus: Understanding of IT/tech projects (not mandatory)
