Job Title : Junior Associate (Voice & Non-Voice )

We are looking for an energetic and responsible

Junior

Associate Voice and Non- Voice

to join our team atNH360 Solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling

FASTag operations,

including activations, customer support, documentation, and coordination

with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Activate FASTags

for customers.

Verify and upload KYC documents

accurately. Handle customer queries in person and over the phone. Maintain proper

records and documentation

. Coordinate with vendors for FASTag-related services. Assist in day-to-day office operations and reporting.
Requirements

Any Graduate with Good

Computer Knowledge

. Good communication skills (Tamil and basic English). Basic Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Prior experience in technical support or customer handling is an advantage (freshers are welcome). Ability to handle customers both face-to-face and telephonically.
Day shift / Morning shift

Location : Coimbatore

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
