The Junior Associate - Office & Administration will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office by managing facilities, housekeeping, travel arrangements, printing and production, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensure a professional and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, housekeeping, visitor records, couriers, and office events
Coordinate employee travel and accommodation bookings and reconcile expenses
Handle printing and production of office and marketing materials
Manage vendor bills, approvals, and GST compliance
Assist in budgeting, petty cash handling, and cost control for office services
