About the role

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing campaigns for the US region (Email/SMS/MMS/Direct Mails etc.,)
• Follow the Business requirements to perform day-to-day marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
• Design and Develop responsive HTML templates following AstraZeneca standards & guidelines
• Work on the Dynamic email content for the Omnichannel campaign setup
• Design, Develop and Publish web applications such as Landing Pages, Forms, survey pages, etc.,
• Create segmentation to target the campaigns on Business needs
• Troubleshoots technical issues related to Campaign build, HTML templates, list segmentation, and other aspects of email execution and Post-deployment activities.
• Generate Waterfall reports to do an Email Deliverability analysis before the campaign deployment
• Campaign Deployment, Monitoring & Auditing: Deploy campaigns and monitor the status of the deployment. Provide ongoing internal quality assurance audits to map campaigns against requirements and monitor expected results on a frequency determined by the campaign frequency
• Create custom reports to analyze the campaign performance to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our marketing campaigns
• Work on Agile methodology to deliver Business needs
• Active participation in Agile ways of working to handle campaign delivery expectations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet the deliverables on time with adhering to quality
• Develop Business process documents whenever required.

Essential Skills

• Basic HTML, CSS, and scripting languages
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written (English)
• Collaborative, flexible, and a team player
