Job Description

An Advocate's office, with practice in Delhi Courts, is looking for a Junior Advocate, with atleast 06 months' PQE in Civil litigation.

Eligibility

:-

1. Having passed

LL.B.

, from

Delhi University

,

BHU

,

Jamia

or

other reputable University

, and also passed

AIBE

.

2. Is enrolled with

Bar Council of Delhi

.

3. Has Post Qualification Experience (PQE) of

atleast 06 months

in

Civil litigation

(without break since passing LL.B). Some exposure to Company laws also will be an added advantage.

4. Has ability to

draft

suits, petitions, notice, and knows to

research

and work on Manupatra, etc.

5. Candidates associated with Companies as

In-house

or

Retainers

(in any form)

need not apply

6. You CV must mention:

Permanent residential address, parental details, educational qualifications, College/ University details, Score, previous experience details with name of senior, subjects dealt, expected remuneration

7. Preference to those residing in South Delhi or Faridabad.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
