Assist in managing office files, documents, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other routine communications.
Support in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare basic reports, data entry, and maintain records.
Provide assistance to senior staff in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure proper handling of office supplies and maintain stock records.
Perform other clerical and support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (1- 2 years of experience).
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, etc.).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks within deadlines.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
