Preparing drawings, designs, and reports to be carried out in accordance with relevant codes of practice, standards, regulatory authorities, and clients' requirements all under a suitable level of supervision from a senior engineer Analyzing drawings and making proposals Recommending modifications Carrying out appropriate reviews of submissions and provide review reports Participating in technical meetings with clients Providing specialist knowledge input and keep up to date with the latest developments in particular fields Ensuring that all duties are carried out according to the company's quality systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institute Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2026 batch only Proficient in the English language Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the continental U.S. to support assignments on projects and overall office needs Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer A committed team player able to work on own initiative Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible Flexibility to work in different roles for different clients both locally and worldwide Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients Prior internship at transmission/distribution is preferred Candidates who have completed CAD course will have an added advantage. Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, MicroStation, Analysis software/ tools, Google Earth, Arc-GIS, Civil-3D
