We are looking for a Junior Assistant - Admin to support day-to-day administrative, coordination, and people-support activities.
This role is suited for individuals who are observant, organised, and comfortable handling varied tasks in a growing work environment.
The role involves learning by doing and supporting multiple internal functions with clarity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with HR coordination activities such as interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
Support office administration including records, supplies, internal coordination, and scheduling
Maintain attendance data and assist with payroll-related inputs
Coordinate training schedules, materials, and follow-ups
Support internal communication and documentation as required
