We are seeking a Junior Talent Influencer Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Junior Talent Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a roster of influencers. Develop and maintain relationships with our roster of talent, ensuring their satisfaction and continued engagement with our agency

Manage talent schedules, ensuring their availability when required for client campaigns and projects Provide ongoing support and creative guidance to our talent, helping them to improve their content and performance on social media Build strong relationships with clients and close campaigns for our talent as and when possible Collaborate with clients and other team members to develop influencer related strategies and campaigns Coordinate the execution of campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, making recommendations for optimisation as needed Ensure all campaign deliverables are met on time and within budget. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as the influencer and content creator landscape Ideate and provide our talent with fresh ideas that ensures their content is always relevant Provide our talent with PR opportunities for events, magazines, popular brands and travel as and when required

Qualifications

Prior experience in influencer marketing or talent management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Ability to stay updated with industry trends and identify emerging influencers Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficiency in social media platforms and influencer marketing tools Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
