Role Summary:
The Art Director will lead the conceptualization, design execution, and creative vision for branding, print, and digital campaigns. This role requires strong visual thinking, team leadership, and hands-on design expertise--including Generative AI capabilities--to deliver high-quality creative output aligned with client objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the visual direction, ideation, and conceptualization for campaigns and projects.
Translate briefs and strategies into strong, relevant, and fresh visual concepts.
Oversee both digital and print design projects (social media, web, OOH, brochures, packaging, etc.).
Utilize Generative AI tools to develop visuals, videos, and creative ideas.
Provide creative direction to designers, copywriters, and production teams.
Review, refine, and approve final artworks ensuring high aesthetic standards.
Mentor junior team members and elevate the quality of their output.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
Manage digital assets across formats and channels.
Collaborate closely with account managers and clients when required.
Ensure print files are set up correctly with technical accuracy (bleeds, trims, color separation, etc.).
Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and design innovations
Quality, originality, and impact of visual concepts produced.
Timely delivery of creative output within project timelines.
Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
Accuracy in print and digital production deliverables.
Effective utilization of Generative AI to enhance creative efficiency.
Team performance and improvement under guidance.
Consistency in design quality across all channels.
4 - 6 years of experience in advertising agencies (mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Strong proficiency in Generative AI tools for visuals and video creation.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools.
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate briefs into powerful visuals.
Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
Experience in digital asset creation, optimization, and management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
