Role Overview
We are looking for a
Jr. Art Director (Visualizer)
who brings strong design sensibility and storytelling through visuals. The candidate should have hands-on experience working with branding and creative campaigns, especially for digital and social media. You'll collaborate closely with the creative, strategy, and content teams to deliver compelling campaign narratives and design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Conceptualization
- Brainstorm and develop strong visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital-first initiatives.
Campaign Ideation for Social Media
- Design and execute creatives for performance-led and organic social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Branding & Identity
- Support in creating brand identities, packaging, logos, and other brand collaterals with a deep understanding of visual language.
Creative Storyboarding
- Design mood boards, storyboard layouts, and presentation decks for client pitches and ongoing campaigns.
Collaborate with Copy & Strategy Teams
- Work closely with copywriters and strategists to co-create engaging narratives that are visually appealing and brand-accurate.
Art Direction for Shoots
- Assist or co-lead in photoshoots, video shoots, or digital production for social campaigns and brand stories.
Trend Research & Inspiration
- Stay updated with design trends, cultural moments, and platform updates to craft relevant, eye-catching content.
Client Understanding
- Interpret client briefs and translate them into visual ideas aligned with brand tonality and campaign objectives.
Multi-Platform Design Adaptation
- Create platform-specific creative adaptations across digital and print (banners, reels, static, carousel, OOH, etc.).
Timely Delivery & Revisions
- Maintain quality output under tight timelines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and incorporate feedback swiftly.
Preferred Skills & Tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus)
Strong eye for color, typography, layout, and detail
A portfolio showcasing campaign and branding work
Experience in digital-first content creation
Motion graphics and video editing skills are an added advantage
Qualification
Degree/Diploma in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relevant field
Prior internship or experience in creative/advertising/branding agency (1-2 years)
