As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Art Director to join our team. As a Junior Art Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the visual language of our campaigns and productions. Working closely with the creative team, photographers, and stylists, you will lead the visual execution of photoshoots, manage creative workflows, and ensure that every deliverable is aligned with the brand's voice and visual identity. This role combines hands-on art direction with cross-functional collaboration across teams, shoots, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end visual execution of photoshoots, with a strong focus on styling, set design, and brand storytelling.
Develop innovative concepts and craft compelling visual narratives for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
Prepare mood boards, shot plans, concept decks, and look books to communicate the creative direction to internal teams and photographers.
Collaborate with photographers and stylists to deliver high-quality content tailored for ecommerce and brand marketing.
Act as a bridge between the creative team and vendors - translating brand requirements into visual outcomes, managing feedback loops, and ensuring alignment at every stage.
Guide stylists and studio teams to ensure consistency in brand tone, styling, lighting, and postproduction across projects.
Manage shoots and teams simultaneously, streamlining timelines, operations, and daily outputs in a fast-paced environment.
Pitch creative concepts and proposals for new business opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends in art, photography, design, and visual storytelling to keep creative output fresh and culturally relevant.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communication, Styling, Art Direction, or related creative field
2-4 years of experience in art direction, creative production, or styling roles within branding, or ecommerce industries.
Strong aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, visual trends, and brand alignment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, Keynote, movie editor, for visual presentations.
Demonstrated ability to work across digital, print, and social platforms, with a strong understanding of production workflows.
A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design expertise, and brand storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills - confident in articulating creative ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
