Art Director

who can lead the charge in design and storytelling.

The Role

As an Art Director at Lumoz, you'll be the creative force behind our campaigns. You'll conceptualize and visualize extraordinary ideas, lead designers, and collaborate with copywriters, creative head, and business development team and strategists to bring big thinking to life. From digital-first campaigns to motion graphics, and branding -- your work will set the creative tone for brands across industries.

What You'll Do

Conceptualize bold campaigns

that push boundaries and deliver business impact. Lead the

visual direction

across projects -- from brand identity to digital content, films (in future), and activations.

Collaborate

with copywriters, motion artists, strategists, and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns. Oversee and mentor the design team, ensuring

creativity, speed, and craft

in every output. Direct motion graphics and video projects -- from storyboarding to execution. Present ideas and pitch work to clients with flair and conviction. Stay ahead of design, tech, and cultural trends to keep the agency's creative work future-ready.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience

in creative/design roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity. A

stunning portfolio

showcasing a mix of digital campaigns, branding, motion graphics, and integrated work. Mastery of the

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Extraordinary visualization skills

-- the ability to translate strategy into scroll-stopping creative. A

team player and leader

who can inspire, guide, and get hands-on when needed. Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
