DB Architects Pvt Ltd is a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and functional spaces. We are involved in a wide range of projects including residential, commercial, and institutional developments. We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior architects in developing concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed design documentation.
Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, 3D models, and presentation boards.
Contribute to the preparation of working drawings and construction documents.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as needed.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and compliance with design specifications.
Participate in client meetings and prepare minutes, as required.
Research materials, finishes, and sustainable design solutions.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
0-2 years of professional experience in architecture or design firms (freshers with internship experience may apply).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Familiarity with construction drawings, local building codes, and regulations.
Good hand-drawing and visualization skills.
Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and presentation skills.
