We are seeking a motivated and aspiring Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with experienced professionals to support architectural design projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve contributing innovative ideas, creating detailed designs, and assisting in the development of construction documents. KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Work closely with senior architects to develop preliminary designs, sketches, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance and feasibility of designs.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
• Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design proposals effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and contractors, to integrate various aspects of design into cohesive projects.
• Review and ensure accuracy of design drawings and documents, making revisions as necessary to meet project goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Architect with atleast 2 years of experience
• Must be creative & have good command on project presentation skills4. He/She should be good on social media content writing & communication skills
• Should be able to handle project individualy from design to execution
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for architectural innovation.
