Job Title: Junior Architect (B.Arch)

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals (0-3 years) who are eager to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, project planning, and on-site coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with senior architects and engineers on residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior architects in developing concept designs, working drawings, and presentations.

Prepare accurate 2D drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.

Visit project sites, document progress, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Support in BOQ preparation, material selection, and architectural documentation.

Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained on site.

Contribute creative ideas during project discussions and design reviews.

Comply with local building codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Skills Required:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Strong design skills and attention to technical detailing.

Basic knowledge of materials, construction methods, and architectural execution.

Good communication (Both English and Tamil), coordination, and time-management skills.

Ability to multitask and adapt to on-site requirements.

Additional Requirements:

Candidate should be willing to relocate to or stay in/around Tirupattur, as the current and upcoming projects are based in this region.

Relocation, stay, and personal expenses must be borne by the candidate.

Candidate must be open to using a two-wheeler or vehicle for work-related travel such as site visits, purchasing materials, and project coordination.

Owning a personal vehicle is preferred. If not, the candidate should be willing to arrange one, as it is essential for fieldwork.
