Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed

2D and 3D drawings

for

residential, commercial, and hospitality projects

Develop design drawings and layouts as per project requirements Conduct

site visits

to evaluate project progress, take measurements, and coordinate with site teams Prepare

BOQs (Bills of Quantities)

and

project cost estimates

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and execution Update drawings and documents based on site conditions and client feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

and

Revit

Working knowledge of

Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion

for presentations and renderings Good command of

MS Excel

and

PowerPoint

for documentation and reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication and coordination skills

Experience Range

0-2 years

of relevant experience

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
