Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project specifications.
Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure design implementation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Research materials, sustainability practices, and innovative design solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Licensed Architect (preferred or required depending on jurisdiction).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
