Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented

Jr. Architect

to join our team for the construction of a new 50,000 sq.ft building. In this role, you will work closely with the contractor and the owner, playing a key part in bringing the architectural vision to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to gain hands-on experience and contribute to all phases of a major construction project.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the lead architect, contractor, and owner to ensure the project aligns with design intent, budget, and timeline. Assist in the preparation and review of architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and confirm adherence to plans. Resolve design and construction issues that arise during the building process in collaboration with the project team. Maintain accurate project records, including meeting minutes, change orders, and submittals. Use both 2D and 3D software to create, modify, and present design concepts and construction details.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Architectural: 1 year (Preferred)
