Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced
Architect
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in architectural design and project management, with a proven ability to handle projects from concept to completion. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience are compulsory for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed drawings and specifications.
Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, BIM (Revit), and other design tools.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integrity and functionality.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Oversee project documentation, compliance with building codes, and permit acquisition.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Review and revise designs as per client feedback and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) -
Compulsory
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
LEED Accreditation or knowledge of sustainable design principles.
Experience with 3D rendering and visualization tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
