Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

to support the design and execution of architectural projects. The role involves assisting senior architects in design development, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants, and basic site-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing

architectural drawings

, layouts, and working drawings Develop

concept drawings, plans, sections, elevations

, and 3D views Support in

design development and detailing

stages Prepare

presentation drawings and sheets

for client submissions Coordinate drawings with

structural, MEP, and other consultants

Assist in

site visits

, measurements, and documentation Help in preparing

approval drawings

and submission sets Maintain organized drawing records and revisions Follow office drafting standards and project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

(B.Arch or equivalent) 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates may apply) Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory) Working knowledge of

SketchUp / Revit / 3D software

Basic understanding of

building codes, by-laws, and construction detailing

Good presentation and drafting skills Ability to work in a team and take instructions effectively

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of

Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray

Experience with

presentation sheets and visualization

Basic understanding of

site execution and materials
