We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect with 2-3 years of experience to join our design team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting project architects and senior designers throughout all phases of the design and documentation process. Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating architectural designs, plans, and layouts for residential and commercial projects.
Support senior architects in refining concepts, preparing design presentations, and developing project plans.
Conduct in-depth research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials specific to each project.
Prepare detailed construction documents, architectural drawings, and 3D models.
Review specifications to ensure design compliance with codes and project requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and other departments to ensure project integration.
Present design concepts and proposals to senior team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
2-3 years of professional experience in architecture or a related role.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and experience with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Revit, Rhino).
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and materials.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in sustainable or green design.
Familiarity with visualization software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape).
Basic project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
