Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating
architectural designs, concepts, 2D drawings and 3D models
based on project requirements.
Support the senior architect in
design development, detailing, and layout planning
.
Conduct
site visits
for measurements, supervision, progress checks, and coordination.
Prepare
presentation drawings
, mood boards, material palettes, and client-ready documents.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for materials, pricing, and samples.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and project updates.
Work collaboratively with the design team to ensure accuracy, timelines, and quality of work.
Assist in preparing BOQs, basic estimations, and project reports when needed.
Required Skills
Proficiency in
AutoCAD

SketchUp

Lumion
, or similar design software.
Understanding of architectural principles, materials, and design aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of site execution and willingness to visit project locations.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications
B.Arch degree
from a recognized university.
