Position: Junior Architect Location: Chennai Experience: 2 to 3 years

Skills Required:

Architectural Design - Ability to develop creative, functional, and aesthetic design concepts.

Drafting & Drawing - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

3D Modeling & Visualization - Skills in software like Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or 3ds Max.

Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Understanding of BIM processes and coordination.

Construction Documents - Ability to prepare working drawings, details, and specifications.

Building Codes & Regulations - Awareness of zoning laws, accessibility, sustainability, and safety standards.
