Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development

: Assist senior architects in creating detailed architectural designs, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models, using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Drafting and Documentation

: Prepare and revise architectural drawings and technical documents, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Site Visits

: Participate in site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.

Collaboration

: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various aspects of the project.

Client Interaction

: Assist in client meetings and presentations, helping to communicate design ideas and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in architectural design and project development. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketchup, V Ray) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Skills:

Ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models. Understanding of sustainable design principles and LEED certification processes. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
