Viva Design Studio ; the creative wing of Viva Construction is expanding!

Working at the intersection of architecture, interior design, heritage conservation and sustainable development. Since 2013, we have crafted meaningful spaces across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors. Our work includes eco-friendly homes, resorts, interior fit-outs, heritage restoration and landscape design. We believe in designing with intention, drawing from traditional materials, local craftsmanship and the cultural fabric of each site. We're Hiring: Architects and Interior Designers

Experience: freshers and 1/2 years

No of vacancy: 3-4

Location: Viva Design Studio (part of Viva Construction)- Pondicherry & Pallavakkam (Chennai)

(open to relocate)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design (B.des) from a recognized institution

Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus

Portfolio demonstrating conceptual clarity, design sensibility and technical ability

Salary: As per experience (From 18k)

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting architectural and interior design plans

- Create detailed drawings, models and visual presentations

- Conduct site visits and document project progress

- Research materials, products and precedents

- Stay up to date with design trends and construction techniques

- Collaborate with senior architects and the execution team on design development

What You Bring

- Freshers and 1 to 2 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design

- A keen interest in Sustainability, traditional materials, heritage conservation and contextual design

- Strong proficiency in design and drafting tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite

- Good communication and organizational skills

A collaborative spirit and attention to detail
