Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the architectural and coordination tasks within our plumbing consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and integrating plumbing systems into architectural layouts while ensuring compliance with industry codes and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing architectural layouts with coordination space for plumbing services.

Collaborate with plumbing engineers to ensure seamless integration of systems into building designs.

Review and interpret plumbing drawings, shop drawings, and schematic designs.

Coordinate between architectural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.

Update and maintain architectural plans with plumbing system inputs and constraints.

Conduct site visits (if required) to verify construction aligns with approved drawings.

Support senior architects in preparing presentation drawings and reports.

Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Maintain project documentation and revisions in coordination with the design team.

Use AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and other relevant software tools for design and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.

0-2 years of experience in architecture (experience with MEP or plumbing projects is an advantage).

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus.

Basic understanding of plumbing systems and their architectural implications.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to MEP coordination practices.

Familiarity with local building codes and plumbing standards.

Ability to work under guidance and meet project deadlines.

Willingness to learn technical aspects of plumbing systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
