Junior Architect
Location: Coimbatore, Tamilnadu
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect with 1 year of experience to join our dynamic architectural firm. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in industry-standard software and a strong foundation in architectural design, site planning, and presentation skills. This role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight project timelines.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs, including conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Support site planning efforts, ensuring designs align with project requirements and zoning regulations. Create visually compelling presentations and renderings for client meetings using Lumion and Photoshop. Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to refine architectural detailing and ensure design accuracy. Contribute to project documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications. Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Participate in client meetings and present design concepts as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 1 year of professional experience in architectural design or a related role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong understanding of architectural detailing and site planning principles. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing design deliverables. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards is a plus.
