Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and site knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to make informed decisions independently based on site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and identify any potential issues. Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Make informed decisions on-site as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. 1-2 years of professional experience in architectural design and site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be from Chennai or Tamil Speaking Candidate Ability to work independently and make decisions based on site conditions. Creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
