What You will do:

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and detailed plans Support senior architects in concept development, design coordination, and presentations Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, and site engineers Visit project sites to monitor execution as per approved drawings Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and approvals Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, bylaws, and safety norms Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design / construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit preferred Basic knowledge of working drawings, detailing, and BOQs Understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site coordination Familiarity with local building bye-laws, DCR, and approval processes Ability to coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and vendors
